It is located in Toronto, Ontario at 505 University Avenue, 7th floor.〔http://intranet/english/about/contact.htm〕 The Tribunal is the final level of appeal to which workers and employers may bring disputes regarding workers’ compensation matters in Ontario. The Tribunal is separate from, and independent of, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
